1. About these terms

This website is operated by Indo German Language Private Limited (“IGL”, “we”, “us”), registered office MKJ Heights, Second Floor, Front of District Court, Sikar – 332001, Rajasthan, India By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Enrolling on a course creates a separate agreement between you and us, confirmed in writing before your course begins. Where that written agreement and these terms differ, the written agreement wins.

2. What we provide

• German language training from A1 to B2, online, offline or hybrid.
• Preparation for Goethe-Institut and telc examinations.
• Guidance on Ausbildung, study, nursing and skilled-work routes to Germany, including applications, documentation and interview preparation.

We are a private language school and consultancy. We are not a government body, a university, an examination board, a recruitment agency or a law firm, and we do not represent any of them. See our Disclaimer.

3. Enrolment, fees and payment

• Course fees, batch timings, duration and the mode of delivery are confirmed to you in writing before you enrol. Nothing is sold through this website at present.
• Any prices or durations shown on this site are indicative and may change. The figure in your written confirmation is the one that applies.
• Your place on a batch is confirmed once the agreed fee, or the agreed first instalment, has been received.
• Examination fees are paid to the examination body, not to us, and are not included in course fees unless we state so in writing.
• Third-party costs — visa fees, document attestation, translation, travel, insurance — are yours to pay and are never included.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• If you cancel before your batch starts, we refund what you have paid, less any administrative cost identified in your written confirmation.
• Once a batch has started, fees are generally non-refundable, because your seat has been held and teaching has begun. We may instead offer to transfer you to a later batch.
• If we cancel a batch and cannot offer you a reasonable alternative, you get a full refund of the fees for the cancelled course.
• We may reschedule individual classes — for a holiday, a trainer’s absence or a technical failure — and will hold a replacement class instead. That is not a cancellation.

5. What we expect of you

• Give us accurate, complete and truthful information, and genuine documents. We cannot help you on the basis of anything else, and we will end the engagement if we find we have been misled.
• Attend your classes and do the work. Language learning does not happen without it, and we cannot promise progress for a student who does not attend.
• Treat trainers and fellow students respectfully. We may remove a student whose conduct disrupts a class, without refund.
• Do not record, copy, re-sell or redistribute our classes or materials.
• Meet the deadlines that applications and visa processes impose. Many of them cannot be extended by anybody.

6. Using this website

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, or to send anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately false through the contact form;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its database;
• interfere with the site’s operation, including by automated scraping or by flooding the contact form;
• copy substantial parts of the site for your own commercial use.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website and our course materials — text, layout, graphics, the IGL name and logo — belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

“Goethe-Institut”, “telc” and other names on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the examinations we prepare students for.

8. Student stories and photographs

The students shown on our Success Stories page are real people who gave us permission to publish their name, photo and outcome. We never publish anyone’s visa, passport or personal documents. If you are featured and want your story taken down, email us and we will remove it.

9. No guarantee of outcome

We will prepare you as well as we can. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass an examination, be offered a place, be offered a job, or be granted a visa. Those decisions are made by examination bodies, institutions, employers and government authorities, over whom we have no influence. Past results of other students do not predict yours.

10. Our liability

We are liable to you for the services we agreed to provide. We are not liable for outcomes decided by third parties, for losses caused by inaccurate information you gave us, or for indirect or consequential losses such as lost earnings or non-refundable travel you booked in anticipation. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Links to other websites

Where we link to an external site — an examination body, an authority, an institution — we do so for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

12. Your personal data

Handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Changes do not alter a course agreement already signed with you.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Sikar, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please raise the matter with us — most things are resolved with a conversation.
